Del Rio (?) Flowers

Our friends Rob and Karen Poteat, recently of Del Rio and now of Fredericksburg, Texas described the frustration of litterbugs' accomplishments in Del Rio. The town calls wayward trash, namely grocery sacks, "Del Rio flowers." Well Rob, it seems the proliferation of apathy reigns in almost any town.
